San Francisco Wedding Photography – Victoria & Jeremy

Finally! It’s the Wedding San Francisco Wedding of Victoria & Jeremy. Read the story following their images!

I had the honor of meeting a fine young couple last year after having them referred to me by previous wedding clients, always my favorite! They were a young sweet couple and I was thrilled to see the happiness and excitement as they planned their wedding day together! We chatted a bit and the day I received word that we were chosen as their photographers I knew great things were to come!

Victoria and Jeremy met through Match.com, which was refreshing to hear since I too met my own husband online and have photographed many couples who have as well. I would like to say that there is not RIGHT way to meet your destined loved one, it is all about “timing”, and in this day and age, that is what really matters! I remember telling them during our consultation at my studio that their day although almost a year away, would be here sooner then they thought, and as the weeks crept in, Victoria and I laughed because it was all happening so fast! We had a blast shooting their Engagement Session and it was a great way to get to know them as well!

As a wedding photographer I love and cherish the short but emotionally charged time I will spend with the families, so I insist on being present at the wedding rehearsals. It is a great way to meet folks and get cozy with them a bit prior to the day of which will be often hectic, rushed and then some. It also helps me as a photographer to see if there are any elements during the ceremony that I need to be aware of. Overall, it is yet another opportunity for me to provide excellent service and experience for my clients.

On the day of, and as soon as I saw Victoria opening the door of her bridal suite, I gulped, even in rollers and a satin bath robe and fuzzy slippers, she “glowed!” When I entered the suite I thought to myself…”it’s showtime!” And it was a FABULOUS day and night from that point on! We were faced with great challenges during after ceremony outdoor portraits and hurricane-like winds in the Burlingame area, but we found refuge in some nice spots and were able to get some nice shots. I love working fast but smoothly during this time as it is very important to me to allow the couple some “breathing” time alone together as they sink in to the fact that they are husband and wife now!

My husband and I then set off to the venue to capture details and such until their arrival. See here why this was an awesome wedding indeed. Victoria and Jeremy you guys did it!! Thanks for sharing this day with us and we look forward to seeing you in our studio very soon to pick up your wedding goodies, prints and more! CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Congrats again to Victoria & Jeremy!
