You know what they say, three’s a charm and this couple is nothing less than charming! We recently had the distinct pleasure of photographing Kerri and Shaun’s wedding at her Miner’s Foundry in Nevada City. The reason why we say three is a charm is because we also photographed Shaun’s sister Serena’s wedding, and aside from that another great friend, Chelsea. I have to say Serena has been busy as this is how we all came full circle. Serena introduced Shaun and Kerri, I photographed Serena and Greg’s engagement which also brought Chelsea and Reijo into our lives. See where I’m going?
I’m truly a believer of no coincidences and although this couple met in there earlier years, fate would have them reconnect later when Shaun returned to the Bay Area as a U.S Navy Recruiter.
They’re quite a traditional couple in the sense of family values, Kerri is quite the cook and crafty gal and Shaun, aside from his career in the Navy, is an amazing pianist and singer and is quite the amuser. Although he did promise me “no goofy faces” on his wedding day, I assured him it was totally fine it is his day after all.
