As a San Francisco Wedding Photographer one would think that mainly my dealings would be with brides and grooms, well in reality that could not be further from the truth! The wonderful thing about this industry is the opportunity of meeting and working alongside an array of wedding and event professionals. There are so many aspects to an event other that the actual subjects and the event, be it a wedding, a rehearsal dinner, an anniversary, that it is easy to forget all the folks involved in making it all come through!
From the invitation and stationery to the venue, food, favors and entertainment, we are all part of a network which I am proud to be a part of. I have met and collaborated with some amazing professionals during my career and during my service as a SF NACE Board Member, and Lolita Wong, Catering Manger for the hotel is just one of the many professionals I have stayed in touch and continued to work with.
I was very happy to have been asked by Lolita to photograph the Annual Holiday Appreciation Awards Dinner for the lovely and prestigious Lafayette Park Hotel in Lafayette, California. The evening was filled with much of a “family” environment and the staff as well as the many vendors who participated did an amazing job!
